SOPA and PIPA may end the internet as we know it. Websites all across internet echo system are protesting against the bill. Google, Wikipedia, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Scribd, Reddit, you name it.

If you are running and/or administrating a wordpress blog, here are a few plugins you can choose from to put on your website and protest against the censorship.

SOPA Strike SOPA Strike will automatically redirect all users of your blog to the http://sopastrike.com homepage on Wednesday, January 18th. It automatically adds your blog name and URL to a list of protestors which will be featured on the website.

SOPA Blackout Plugin This plugin allows you to set SOPA blackout dates for your WordPress website, as well as a variety of options on who the anti-SOPA is shown too. You can have it shown instead of your site for any visitor, you can only show it the first time then let your visitors continue to the site, plus a lot more.

Go Dark This plugin enables websites to ‘go dark’ on January 18th with a customizable message and start/end times to protest SOPA/PIPA and Internet Censorship

SOPA Blackout for WordPress The SOPA Blackout for WordPress plugin allows you to easily show your support on SOPA Blackout Day on your blog.

Stop SOPA Widget This plugin adds a widget that will show a modal window to increase awareness about SOPA/PIPA on Jan 18th.

Stop SOPA This plugin adds small protest box to your website and switch it to "Blackout Day" mode on 18th January 2012
